Your new role


We are looking to recruit a number of awake/night house parents to provide exceptional levels of care and support to the residential students. The aim of The Night House Parent role is to provide Security and Care to our students over the duration of the night, and to ensure that all students have access to an appropriate care figure, who can provide support to them, as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Kind, patient, friendly and approachable, with flexibility and empathy.
  • Passionate about the development of young people.
  • Appreciation and understanding of the context of international education, with sensitivity to the diverse needs of international students and their families.
