Night Shifts - Full Time or Part Time hours available

The Support Worker Role (Nights)

Working in a dynamic supported living services that supports people with learning disabilities and complex needs, you deliver person-centred care that empowers and enhances the quality of life for those that you support.

Tasks include;

  • To take responsibility for the service during the shift
  • Provide the highest standards of support throughout the night to the people that you support
  • Follow personalised care and support plans
  • Administer ,medication and monitor health conditions
  • Maintain records and documentation of care
  • Ensure that all night time task are completed and recorded

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant, and to have supported people with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
  • Experience of Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs, including challenging behaviours
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care
  • Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Full Time or part time hours available

Sponsorship is available for people on a skilled work visa, but you MUST have experience of supporting people with complex needs and learning disabilities.
