The Opportunity

A prestigious residential development is seeking a professional and service-driven Valet to provide seamless arrival and departure experiences for residents and guests. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, efficiency in vehicle handling, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding first impression.

Working as part of a dedicated onsite team, you will ensure smooth daily operations, upholding the highest service standards while also prioritizing safety and security within the development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, professional, and efficient greeting to all residents and visitors.

  • Safely park and retrieve resident vehicles, ensuring careful handling at all times.

  • Operate the designated parking system and maintain secure key management procedures.

  • Assist with general arrival and departure needs, such as holding doors, handling luggage, and arranging transport.

  • Remain attentive to security considerations, monitoring for any potential risks within the entrance and parking areas.

What We're Looking For
  • Fluent English with strong communication and customer service skills.

  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual with a service-first mindset.

  • Previous experience in a valet, doorman, or similar hospitality-focused role within a high-end setting.

  • A full, clean UK or EU driving licence (held for at least two years) and over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
