Nights Team Leader - Nursing Home | Staines (TW18)

Location: Staines (TW18)
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shifts: Nights - 3 shifts one week, 4 shifts the next (7:30pm - 7:30am)
Requirement: Must be able to work alternate weekends

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our nursing home in Staines (TW18). This is a great opportunity for a dedicated care professional to step into a leadership role and ensure the highest standards of night-time care.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience in a Team Leader or Senior HCA role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered care

• Lead and support the night care team
• Oversee medication administration and care planning
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being overnight
• Supervise and mentor care staff
