We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our nursing home in Staines. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role and ensure high-quality care for residents during night shifts.

• Lead and support the night care team to provide person-centered care.
• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and well-being.
• Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor residents throughout the night and respond to any needs promptly.

• Previous experience as a Senior HCA in a nursing home setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred but not essential.
