Interim HR lead for a life sciences/ FMCG, UK & Nordics. Hybrid, High Wycombe based.

The company is a global leader in the life science industry, specialising in animal health. With more than 5000 employees across multiple international locations, they are committed to innovating and delivering high-quality products and services.

Description

The HR Business Partner will lead on HR matters for the UK and Nordic territories for this established life sciences business that is based near High Wycombe. The role is a mix of strategic and operational HR, covering a maternity leave of 8 months.

Profile

To be successful in this role you will need to be a proven, commercially-focused HR professional, ideally from blue collar environment. The role needs to start in September 2024.
