As an NPD Chef, you will be in a customer-facing role managing the development process from concept to launch.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices in all aspects of new product development processes
• Implementing safety protocols in the development kitchen and production areas to maintain a safe working environment
• Working with the Technical department to conduct regular assessments and testing to ensure that both new and existing products continue to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with quality assurance teams to implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

• A degree level (or qualified by experience)
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and 2 years+ in food manufacturing
