I am looking for an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded, legal 500 firm in Brierley Hill in Birmingham. My client are looking for a hard working individual to join the team and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal advice and services to a diverse range of clientele. 

My client are looking to bring on an NQ solicitor to work alongside and develop under highly knowledgeable senior solicitors and partners whilst taking on a varied caseload which will include:
  • Acquisitions
  • Disposals
  • Leases
  • Development Projects
The successful candidate will have completed their training contract and have spent at least one year of the training contract in a commercial department, ideally with a focus on commercial property.

You will be able to display excellent knowledge of property law and show a commitment to delivering outstanding client service as well as the ability to worth effectively as part of a team.
