An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NQ Corporate Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Edinburgh. The firm is seeking a motivated individual with a passion for corporate law to become an integral part of the growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general corporate governance
- Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents and agreements
- Conducting due diligence investigations and compiling reports
- Liaising with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored legal solutions
- Collaborating with colleagues on complex transactions to ensure a seamless service delivery
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with a focus on corporate law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude with a keen interest in corporate law and commercial awareness
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
