Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor

Ormskirk

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our esteemed Private Client team in Ormskirk. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor who is passionate about providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on a range of private client matters including wills, probate, estate planning, and trust administration.
  • Managing a varied caseload with the support and guidance of experienced colleagues.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting relevant documentation.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client care.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and professional standards.

About You:
  • Recently qualified solicitor with a strong academic background.
  • Demonstrable interest and some experience in private client law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
