My Client are a leading law firm in St Albans, renowned for their expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. The team is dedicated to providing high-quality advice and support to a diverse client base, and are now looking to expand their Property Litigation team with a dynamic and ambitious solicitor.
As a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in the firm’s Property Litigation department. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of their clients. This role offers a fantastic platform for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and possession claims.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant case law and legislative changes.
- Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings as required.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Newly qualified solicitor with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in property litigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a commitment to professional development.
