An established specialist property firm is in search of an NQ Property Litigation Solicitor. This is an opportunity to become an expert in a unique area of law, within a Liverpool-based team that prides itself on a supportive work environment and recognition of individual achievements.

The role entails being at the forefront of heavyweight property litigation, such as disputes over rent and service charge arrears, covenant breaches, and tribunal appeals, with an increasingly noted specialism in safety claims post-Grenfell. It presents an environment where you can craft a niche expertise while working with a diverse client base including major management firms and investors.

You're a property litigator of any level from NQ upwards, keen on technical legal challenges and wish to develop further in your legal career. Your experience with fast track and multi-track cases will be valuable, and while property management knowledge is a plus, comprehensive training awaits you to fill any gaps.
