Are you a recent Education graduate, or are you in the process of finishing your NQT period? If either of these are true, we have ongoing opportunities for Newly Qualified Teachers / Early Career Teachers to join schools within the Warrington area.

We know how hard it can be to secure your first the first Teaching role and we are here to help. We can offer a range of options ranging from long term roles within our schools, with scope to contribute to your induction, and which may become permanent, to daily supply roles, providing the opportunity to work across many of the borough's best primary schools. These daily supply roles frequently convert to long term roles, offering a fantastic opportunity to try out a school before committing to a long term position.

We spend time getting know you, so that we can cherry pick the best suited schools for long term bookings. We will also provide ongoing support with on the job advice, a cv tailoring service, as well as interview tips. We'll also support you in finding a specialist NQT mentor, who will guide you through your placement and induction year.

Recognising the challenges often associated with securing the first long-term role as an NQT/ECT, we aim to provide the chance to kick-start your teaching journey. We are committed to placing you in a school where your skills align seamlessly. Our support extends to pairing you with a dedicated NQT mentor, guiding you throughout your placement and induction year.

For individuals seeking to fulfil their NQT year through supply teaching, our Guaranteed Work Scheme guarantees placements for up to five days a week. This ensures a consistent stream of opportunities across different schools, allowing you to successfully complete your induction year.

As the successful Teacher you will set high expectation and will deliver engaging and fun lessons, whilst working in collaboration with other staff to meet the expectations of the school.
