What do we need from our budding healthcare cadets?

  • Experience in managing a team
  • Medication Trained
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or equivalent
  • Understanding of Infection Control & Care Planning
  • A willingness to want to blast off  and further develop your skills
