Responsibilities
You will be expected to work alongside dynamic and supportive nursery teams in various different settings, and commit to delivering the highest possible level of fun and interactive learning in a safety-oriented environment.
You will also be expected to engage with performance management of staff and work to ensure rotas are completed each week.
Requirements:
Have a flexible, can-do approach
Ensure your CV covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible (all employment breaks must be explained)
Be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and full referencing process
Provide professional references to cover you for at least 12 months within the last 2 years
Have legal right to work in the UK
Essential requirements
- An understanding of the development matters framework
- Have a clear understanding of the needs of all children and be able to use and evaluate distinctive approaches to engage and support them
- Demonstrate an understanding of and take responsibility for promoting high standards of professionalism at all times
- Experience working within a position of responsibility
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare
