Nursery Leader - Level 3

Do you have a passion for developing young minds? are you kind, compassionate and experienced with working in children? If so, then you sound like a perfect fit for our Nursery Toddler room leader position!

We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual who holds a level 3 in early years childcare (or equivalent qualification) to join our welcoming team of nursery practitioners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of practitioners within your assigned room.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement nursery policies and procedures.
• Engage in play, learning activities, and personal care of children as directed.
• Share responsibility for the welfare of all children.

Requirements:

• Flexible working with children Toddler aged.
• Ability to create a warm, friendly environment.
• Level 3 early years childcare required.
• 2 years experience in the childcare sector.
