The Role:

As a Nursery Manager, you will be contributing to the development of their philosophy, cultivating an inclusive and positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational management and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach and motivate the team, ensuring best practices.
• Conduct regular child progress reviews.
• Foster team happiness and retention.
• Increase occupancy rates while maintaining nursery values.

Requirements:

• Previously worked for at least 3 years as a Nursery Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record with Ofsted inspections (Good/Outstanding ratings).
• Prior management experience in large, active settings.
• Knowledge of nursery financials and inspection frameworks.
• Early years degree would be preferred.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check.
