Nursery Manager

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager, looking for your next new exciting adventure?

One of our nurseries is looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to run one of their nurseries in the beautiful Channel Islands, with approx. 70 kids and around 30 staff.

The Channel Islands are beautiful, very safe and the best part of the UK to live. With this role you will earn an impressive salary, will have the potential for bonus payments, a relocation package and a license to bring over your family to also work.

As Nursery Manager you will already have good commercial experience with things such as P&L, budgets, staff rotas etc and with the ambition and drive to succeed and progress.  Experience in inspections with outstanding outcomes would be ideal and ideally you will have 4-5 years’ experience at management level together with a minimum Level 3 in childcare.
