Nursery Practitioner

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Nursery Practitioner to work in a provision in Hull, starting 2nd September 2024 and lasting until at least December 2024. The working hours for this job will be Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break (37 paid hours per week). Payment for this role will be £13.00 per hour. This is to cover a vacant position, and the provision are ideally looking for a temporary to permanent arrangement, where the successful candidate moves onto a permanent contract after a 12 week trial process.

This role will involve working with young people to support them with their play and their learning. The setting require that the applying candidate has a Level 3 in a relevant qualification, for example CACHE Level 3 early years education. You will likely be working in the baby or toddler room, so experience working within these age ranges is desirable for this role.

Located in Hull, the setting is easy to access and has an onsite car park that is free to use and always has spaces.

Tradewind will also support your development during your placement and beyond through our fantastic CPD via The National College.

• Have experience working within schools in the UK.
• Have a Level 3 in a relevant qualification
• Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Has experience supporting within UK schools
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the full CV History
• Legal right to work in the UK
