Nursery Practitioner

Here at Nurse Seekers we are proud to be working for well-established setting near Tonbridge. They are looking for a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to come in and help support the growth they are seeing. This setting takes a holistic approach to childcare, allowing children freedom to play and learn independently with an emphasis on outdoor learning!

Key Responsibilities

  • Have a genuine passion for the Early Years sector
  • Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
  • Ensuring that the children have access to appropriate activities to support their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development whilst being aware of families’ ethnic, cultural and linguistic development.
  • Ensuring that children are supported but have freedom to play at all times and  take part in available activities with minimal adult involvement or participation.
  • Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
  • As a keyworker for a group of children you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, every day
  • Update parents on their child’s day and development with invaluable professional feedback
