Title - Nursery Practitioner

Location - Bradford

Salary - £12.82 to £15 per hour

Start date - Immediate start.

Empowering Learning is working with a Private Nursery in Bradford who are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support their two different rooms to support their younger and older learners.

You will be involved in Nursery duties on and off site.
- Assist the Nursery Manager and colleagues in implementing educational programs and activities for students.
- Provide support to students with special needs.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help students with daily tasks, such as personal care and hygiene.
- Support students in their academic and social development.
- Collaborate with Nursery Manager and colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the Nursery Manager.
- Assist with setting management and behaviour management strategies.

```Skills```
- Experience working with children from an EYFS setting.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies. Not essential.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviours.
- Knowledge of toddler care and development is a plus.

This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to supporting the needs of Early Years students. The Nursery Nurse will work closely with the Nursery Manager to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Experience working with children, particularly those in EYFS, is essential. Strong communication skills are also important for effectively collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues. The ability to adapt to different situations and handle challenging behaviours is crucial.
