What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in childcare (or equivalent)

• Experience working with children in a nursery setting

Room Leader applicants should also have:

• Previous experience leading a room or team

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confidence in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
