We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our client's team, working with children up to age 5 in a nurturing nursery setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a positive impact in the lives of young children.

• Provide high-quality care and education to children up to age 5, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Plan and implement educational activities that promote the physical, emotional, and intellectual growth of children.
• Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records and sharing progress with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in early years care and education.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance personal skills and meet the nursery's operational requirements.

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Relevant experience working with children up to age 5 in a nursery setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its application in learning activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
