Role Overview:

Academics is seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join this exceptional nursery on a temp to perm basis. Initially working through Academics, you will have the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract with the nursery after a successful period. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, providing flexibility to fit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Planning and implementing educational activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Monitoring and recording children's progress and development.
• Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and the nursery's policies.

Candidate Requirements:
