Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at a vibrant nursery in the heart of the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing a nurturing environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in caring for and engaging with children aged 0-5 years

- Lead and manage a team of nursery staff effectively

- Create and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development

- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies

- Provide strong leadership in line with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) guidelines

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery environment

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess:

- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting

- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal

- Proven ability to manage a team effectively

- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues

- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate staff members

- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
