Requirements to become Nursery Teacher:

• Eligibility to work in the UK
• QTS or equivalent
• 2 proven professional references.
• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting
• Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
• Strong understanding of the curriculum
• Excellent communication and managerial skills
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive

Your Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement effective instructional plans to cater to the unique learning requirements of young children.
• Foster a stimulating classroom atmosphere that instills a sense of security, admiration, and enthusiasm for exploration and knowledge acquisition among children.
• Monitor and evaluate the advancement of each individual child, and actively collaborate with others to provide the necessary assistance for their holistic growth.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to devise effective approaches that encourage and facilitate learning among students.
• Employ diverse assessment techniques to gauge student progress and determine their level of achievement.
