I am seeking an RGN qualified Nursing Home Manager for a new 30 bedded elderly nursing home near Mildenhall, Suffolk.
You will be working for an established company which offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression. All the support necessary will be given to help you bring this home to an Outstanding rating.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
  • Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
  • Ensuring the provision of high quality care
  • Overseeing the care staff
  • Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home

Home Manager Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Home Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
  • NMC registered with an active PIN
  • A track record of ‘Good’ CQC ratings or history of improving CQC ratings in previous roles
