In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the O&M function within the business, which will have a significant impact on EV charging infrastructure across the UK. This will involve developing the O&M strategy, implementing new processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration across all stakeholders to maximise delivery.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of EV charge point systems and a background in leadership or management, looking for the next step in their career within the rapidly expanding EV charging market.

The Role:

• Grow and shape the O&M function of the business
• Develop O&M strategy; implement innovative processes and procedures to maximise success
• Build relationships and collaborate with clients, contractors, and partners to ensure seamless cooperation across assets
• Structure and negotiate O&M contracts
• Hybrid working: 2-3 days Office Based

The Person:

• Technical knowledge of EV charge point systems
• Leadership / management experience
• Valid UK Driving License
