O&S Cost Business Partner

Role overview:

The O&S Cost Business Partner managing a million budget within the Offer & Sourcing Finance division. Key responsibilities include reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as business partnering with senior stakeholders. The role involves coordinating forecast planning and working with HR to ensure accurate budget submissions.

THE ROLE:

  • Analyse monthly actuals vs. forecast and review month-end packs for Group FP&A.
  • Lead monthly P&L update meetings with the O&S Finance Director.
  • Prepare monthly budget reforecasts for Group FP&A.
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders for monthly analysis and support on ad-hoc projects.
  • Organise and coordinate forecast planning cycles, collaborating with HR and finance stakeholders.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects, including cost savings tracking, transfer pricing, and rolling forecast implementation.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient in Excel for efficient data manipulation.
  • Skilled in managing large budgets, analysing variances, and managing risks.
  • Financial/accounting experience, preferably in retail, with international experience advantageous.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for presentations.
