Trinity House Group are in search of an O2C/ Accounts Receivable Workstream Lead to join a dynamic and rapidly growing FTSE organisation on their journey to modernise and optimise their finance systems. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, they are embarking on an Oracle Fusion implementation project to streamline their transactional finance processes. As O2C/ Accounts Receivable Workstream Lead you will play a pivotal role in their Oracle Fusion implementation project. This individual will focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) work streams, ensuring the successful integration and optimisation of their finance systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless integration and functionality of financial systems.
 
O2C/ Accounts Receivable Workstream Lead role:
  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations within the Oracle Fusion platform.
  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of O2C modules.
  • Implement and refine finance systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on finance processes and best practices, providing guidance to stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users and facilitate smooth system adoption.
  
O2C/ Accounts Receivable Workstream Lead requirements:
 
  • Proven experience implementing ideally Oracle Fusion (but will also consider SAP, D365 etc systems), with a focus on O2C modules.
  • Deep understanding of O2C finance processes, including procurement, order management and invoicing etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience preferred, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  
This role will initially require 4 days on site due to the pivotal role it’s playing in the system implementation project. It requires direct interaction with key stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.

  • £60,000 - £70,000
