Eximius Group are working on behalf of an asset management firm that are hiring for their helpdesk support team in London. They want an experienced 1st/2nd line support engineer with strong knowledge of the whole current O365 suite to support 300 global users.

This is an office based role in West London where you will be part of a team of support engineers. The role will involve supporting users in the UK as well as NewYork so there will be some shift rota and on call work involved. Due to you working with users that are office based the role itself will be office based 5 days per week.

Eventually you'll be given the opportunity to work on various infrastructure projects but initially this is a fast paced, finance helpdesk support role. The ideal candidate will have commercial experience within investment banking or asset management as well as technical knowledge of;

  • Office 365
  • Azure
  • VMWare
  • Darktrace
  • Bloomberg
  • Salesforce (Nice to have)
  • FXLogics (Nice to have)
  • SQL
