Occupational Health & Fitness Nurse Manager
Location: Nottingham + Homebased
Job Type: Permanent - 3-5 Days/week
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health and Fitness Nurse Manager to work in Nottingham + Homebased on a permanent basis 3-5 days/week. First 6 months will need to be fully sitebased thereafter the option to work 2 days/week from home would be available. The role will involve:
- To provide an efficient and effective Occupational Health and Fitness service to all personnel
- To lead and manage the OH service and meet required standards and targets
- Undertake medicals, health screening and other consultations to ensure compliance with appropriate legislation
- To coordinate and oversee the use of outside contractors such as Service Medical Advisor and Physiotherapist
- Oversee pre-employment and statutory medical assessment and medical screening including visual and audiometry testing
- Advise employees on health, fitness, lifestyle and rehabilitation
- Staff supervision and performance management
- Budget management
- Case management
- Implementing and promoting wellbeing programmes
To apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Nurse Manager with strong experience in occupational health and management as well as . You will need top be able to effectively balance a clinical workload with a management role.
Salary: £48,000 - £52,500 pro rata + Benefits
