Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor
Our client, a valuable and one of the largest NHS Trusts in London, is recruiting for three band 6 Occupational Health Nurses/Advisors. You will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and well-being of current and prospective employees. With a focus on prevention and early intervention, you will contribute to creating a healthy and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational health assessments and screenings.
  • Provide professional advice and support on occupational health matters.
  • Develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage employee absence and rehabilitation cases.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective health and safety practices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential occupational health records.

  • Valid NMC Pin.
  • Occupational Health Qualification.
  • Right to work in the UK - no sponsorships.
