Occupational Health Nurse Manager
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk + Homebased
Job Type: Permanent - 3-5 Days/week
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Manager to work in Lowestoft, Suffolk + Homebased on a permanent basis 3-5 Days/week. The role will involve:
- Lead the OH department
- Direct line management of the Occupational Health Nurse
- Ensure OH policies adhere to best practice
- Present OH information that highlights key absence tends
- Ensure all pre-employment screening is carried out
- Low levels of sickness absence are maintained and reduced further
- Establish and maintain a health surveillance and monitoring system
- Ensure all OH records are up to date
- Provide advice in relation to all OH queries
To apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Manager with strong leadership and management experience. You will need to be robust with your OH advice.
Salary: up to £52,000 pro rata dependant on experience + Benefits
