Greys is working with our leading client on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to join their team.

As an Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader, you'll play an integral role in providing clear and professional advice and providing strong leadership to Occupational Health Technicians and wider multidisciplinary team.

This is a full time position where you will work hybrid (remote and site based).

You will be required to travel to Devon, Somerset, Kent and Suffolk throughout the year for audits and appraisals.

The Occupational Health Team Leader will carry out the following:

  • Assessing new clients
  • Assessing policies and guidelines and issue appropriate fitness certificates
  • Supporting the clinical practice of the Occupational Health team
  • Maintaining appropriate protocols on record keeping
  • Developing good working relationships
  • Providing Occupational Health employees with appropriate regular appraisals, ensuring training and development needs are identified and met
You will be a registered Nurse and will be Occupational Health qualified.
