Occupational Therapist - Level 3 (Social Care - Qualified Adults)

  • 2 x Adults Occupational Therapists required for city wide service OTs within Adult Social Care

Location: Nottingham

Start date- Start of June

End date- 9+ months

Shift Pattern:

  • Full time
  • 8:30 - 5:00

Skills/Experience:

  • Develop complex person centred packages of support; this may include rehabilitation / reablement, provision of equipment and structural adaptations.
  • Have at least two years experience post qualification
  • Must have comprehensive experience of completing assessments and reviews, and the provision of equipment and Adaptations
  • Ability To Work As Part Of A Team And On Own Innitiative
  • Self Motivated, Flexible & Resourceful
