Energy Assessor (OCDEA) - Newark-on-Trent

If you are a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, then this may be the opportunity for you! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become part of a fast growing and successful sustainability consultancy that is recruiting an OCDEA who can hit the ground running while working from a hybrid set-up.

The Ideal Energy Assessor will:

  • Have at least one year of experience within a similar role
  • Be well organised
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff
  • Ideally gave experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
  • Have experience or knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations

Job responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with clients
  • Provision of high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure our clients achieve compliance with Part L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner
  • Providing high quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage to ensure that planning requirements are met
  • Utilisation of resources from within the team to ensure that the client receives timely, high quality advice and assessments
