OCDEA - SAP Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for an established OCDEA to join a multidisciplined consultancy with the luxury of working completely from home. The successful candidate will be exposed to various projects within the commercial and residential industries and join a team of highly technical energy assessors

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Produce SAP assessments and EPC's so that Part L compliance is achieved
  • Carry out consultancy and written reports for planning stages so that requirements are met
  • Work alongside clients and provide highly technical solutions to meet their sustainability requirements throughout all stages of development

The ideal OCDEA will have:

  • An OCDEA Accreditation that was obtained through a respectable company
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience within a SAP Assessor or any other relevant role
  • Up to date knowledge of UK Building regulations and legislations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
