Senior OD Manager - £80k-£90k - Middlesex - 3 days per week in office

This organisation is going through a constant transormation period and are looking for an OD Manager to work with the team to ensure that business strategy and customer experience are aligned.

You will:

  • Be working closely with executives to provide business/people solutions.
  • Deliver OD solutions to ensure strategy is on track.
  • Be a hands on OD Manager but flex to strategy when needed.

About you:

  • You will come from a commerical, fast paced business.
  • We are ideally looking for someone from a consultancy background.
  • Experience in more than 3 OD projects.
