Office Administration - Call Scheduling

Looking for an experienced Office Administrator, confident on Word and Excel who is living a reasonable daily commute of Harlow (the office is based just off of Edinburgh Way).

This role is a full-time permanent office-based role, working 5 days per week in Harlow, Essex.

The main duties are allocating work to a team of field based Service Engineers, recording outcomes and any issues, and dealing with client’s requests for information.

Standard hours are 08:30-17:30 Mon-Fri. 1 hour lunch break. (40 hours per week).

The role involves resolving maintenance faults that have occurred in buildings on their entrance control gates and barriers, mainly across London, by scheduling Field Service Engineers to visit premises and resolve the issues. You do not need previous knowledge of this equipment, as training will be given.

Previous experience required is an office administration role using Word & Excel, good communication skills and a keen eye for details, able to accurately record information and update the various internal systems.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, involves e-mail / client portal and over the phone, between the Clients / Customers and the Engineers.

If successful, you will be required to pass background reference checks and pass security screening, including a DBS (criminal records) checks.

You will receive on the job training.

Starting salary up to £24 to 26000.
