Office Administration Assistant

My client is a vibrant company committed to excellence. This position will be pivotal to their operations, ensuring seamless client interactions.

You will be the heartbeat of the office to keep things running smoothly. From managing emails and phone calls to handling enquiries and finding innovative solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, providing friendly and professional assistance.
  • Enquiry Management: Handle enquiries efficiently, offering tailored solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
  • Quotation Preparation: Create accurate and compelling quotations for our valued customers.
  • Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks with finesse, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Tech Savvy: Use your IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) to streamline processes.
  • Organization: Keep our office organized, from filing to scheduling.
  • Attention to Detail: Anticipate needs and maintain meticulous records.
  • Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a sunny disposition even during busy times.

Hours 8.30 to 5pm, salary £23000-£27000.
