A successful and growing company based in West London are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will involve a range of administrative duties and will be best suited for someone with previous administration experience.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and organised with strong communication skills.

This is an office based role Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

Key Duties:

  • Answering phones and dealing with any email enquiries from clients in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Deal with all messages and correspondence promptly and in a timely manner.
  • Input details and update the company database.
  • Prepare and send out quotations to clients.
  • Book viewings with clients and keep the work diary updated.
  • Deal with local councils to ensure council planning applications and parking suspensions are processed correctly and promptly.
  • Produce daily work schedules for operative teams.

Key Skills:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
