Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Office Administrator (Part Time) to work for an organisation in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This role is being offered on a part time and permanent basis,

Role: Office Administrator (Part Time)

Salary: £14,399- 21,600 Per Annum

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire

Hours: Part Time Hours (20-30 Hours)

Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Opening and responding to correspondence, via email and through the post.
  • Dealing with visitors and contractors who attend site in a professional manner.
  • Set up incoming enquiries using Office 365 and Microsoft D365.
  • Create job records and ensure data is accurately entered and updated in a timely manner, liaising with the customer as required.
  • Updating of diaries, booking accommodation and conferences
  • Dealing with customers and suppliers with queries and dealing with customer invoice payments through to resolution, or else escalating as appropriate within the business.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Handling employee administration, processing time sheets and expense claims through to payment. monitoring phone bills and company credit cards and the employee training data base.
  • Administration of files and documentation associated with project completion.
  • Support with business administration ensuring that routine building maintenance is completed in a timely manner, that insurances are renewed, vehicle hire, insurance database.
  • General office administration, ordering stationery.
  • Any other duties which the post holder might reasonably be required to carry out.

About you:

  • Previous experience in Administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high degree of confident on the phone.
  • IT literacy, Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication ability with Customers and Colleagues.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
