Office Administrator/PA
Kettering
Hours - Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 (37.5 hrs pw)
Salary - £Highly competitive DOE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator/PA to join a friendly family run business located in Kettering. The company have been established for over 50 years and have gone from strength to strength.

They are now looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to become a key part of their close-knit team, and to play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of their daily business activities.  

Reporting into the MD, your duties will include:-

General Administrative Support
  • Invoicing
  • Raising Credit Notes
  • Credit Control
  • Sales & Purchase ledger duties
  • Chasing goods
  • Customer service
  • Problem Solving
The role will evolve to also incorporate providing PA support to the MD, and getting involved with order processing, facilities management (insurances, H&S etc), taking meeting minutes/notes and business correspondence.

The successful candidate will have previous office administration experience, possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and be IT literate.

You will be joining an established team in a company with long standing staff, working as part of a small team of committed and conscientious individuals.
