This is an amazing opportunity for a professional individual with c 12 months office admin experience to join a Top London Wealth Management firm based in the West End.If you enjoy client interaction as part of your Admin role and are looking for an opportunity to progress your career within wealth management, this role will offer you variety in your daily tasks as well as greeting clients as they arrive for their meetings.

Opportunity Highlights

** Working alongside the Financial Advisory team you will provide general admin support.

** Role will include controlling outgoing/incoming invoices, fee reconciliations, liaising with colleagues across the firm, control of office stationery and supporting the office with any admin projects as they arise.

** Exciting opportunity for a 2nd jobber looking for their next move within a client facing capacity.

** Excellent working environment with open plan seating creating a sociable and friendly atmosphere.

** Admin experience gained within a professional office-based environment is essential

** Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with Microsoft Office and excellent personal presentation are key in this role.

** Role has the opportunity to develop into an Adviser support role in the future if desired
