Office Administrator
An established and growing Infrastructure Company based in Hertfordshire are seeking an Office Administrator to join their growing and friendly office team.
This role is best suited for someone with strong administrative skills and is organised and meticulous. This is a role that will require someone who has a hunger for learning and growing within a business where two days are never the same.
This is a full time, office based role, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
Key Duties:
- Scheduling surveys and booking appointments
- Contacting and liaising with customers
- Liaising with clients regarding surveys and appointments
- Opening, closing and recording permits
- Dealing with queries in a timely manner
- Creating job packs
- General ad-hoc duties
- Standard office administration
Key Skills:
- Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills
- Previous administration experience
- Problem solving skills
