Job Title: Office Administrator (Permanent)
Salary: £23,400 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am- 3:30pm)
Location: Chesterfield

Job Description:
SF Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administrator to join our fantastic clients team on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing comprehensive administrative support, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks, including general filing and document management.
  • Creating and maintaining inspection reports.
  • Handling sales invoices and assisting with other accounts-related tasks.
  • Utilising Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Providing support to other departments as needed to ensure overall office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Basic accounts experience, particularly with sales invoices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
