Our client, a leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their growing business.
The role is based on Moulton Park so is accessible via public transport and hours are 9am - 5pm.
You will be supporting a small team in this varied role and tasks will include:
- Being the main point of contact for phone calls, general emails and post.
- Data entry, compiling reports and database maintenance.
- Arranging returns and logistics for faulty parts.
- Management of expenses and reports from the team.
- Fleet maintenance such as arranging insurances, booking in repairs and monitoring any fines.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders/source quotes.
- Assisting both office and field based colleagues with administrative tasks.
As the business continues it’s growth there is the potential to take on further responsibilities and to progress.
You should have excellent administration, customer service, organisation and communication skills as well as being IT literate.
