We are looking for a part time Office Administrator in Wroughton

  • 16-20 hours per week,
  • Monday-Friday
  • Permanent basis.
  • Salary c.£24,000 (Pro-rata, DOE).
  • Office based at Wroughton, 


The Role.

Reporting to the HR & Financial Controller, the Office Administrator’s role is to support the general day-to-day running of the office, as well as conducting various administrative, basic HR and financial activity support.


General Office Management:

  • Health & Safety compliance
  • Management of office supplies for stationery, staff kitchen, amenities, and refreshments
  • Purchasing and arranging, when required, equipment, travel, hotels, and flights
  • Managing contract services and suppliers including cleaners, electricity/oil, phones
  • Daily tasks including post, building maintenance, and office plants
  • Answering the telephone
  • Greeting customers and arranging refreshments for meetings
  • Booking courses and arranging offsite meetings/events

Financial Assistance:

  • Using Sage to enter purchase orders and purchase/sales ledger invoices
  • Updating Sage with customer and supplier details
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers as required
  • Reconciliation of company credit card statements



Human Resources:

  • Act as Welfare Officer
  • Preparation and management of necessary staff documentation, including company vehicles
  • Maintenance of human resource information


The successful candidate will have experience, demonstrate and/or possess:

  • Friendly & confident telephone manner
  • Experience of working in a general office environment for an SME
  • Organised with a logical approach
  • Able to work on own initiative

Required Skills.

  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and in particular Outlook & Excel
