Office Administrator
We are looking for a part time Office Administrator in Wroughton
- 16-20 hours per week,
- Monday-Friday
- Permanent basis.
- Salary c.£24,000 (Pro-rata, DOE).
- Office based at Wroughton,
The Role.
Reporting to the HR & Financial Controller, the Office Administrator’s role is to support the general day-to-day running of the office, as well as conducting various administrative, basic HR and financial activity support.
General Office Management:
- Health & Safety compliance
- Management of office supplies for stationery, staff kitchen, amenities, and refreshments
- Purchasing and arranging, when required, equipment, travel, hotels, and flights
- Managing contract services and suppliers including cleaners, electricity/oil, phones
- Daily tasks including post, building maintenance, and office plants
- Answering the telephone
- Greeting customers and arranging refreshments for meetings
- Booking courses and arranging offsite meetings/events
Financial Assistance:
- Using Sage to enter purchase orders and purchase/sales ledger invoices
- Updating Sage with customer and supplier details
- Liaising with customers and suppliers as required
- Reconciliation of company credit card statements
Human Resources:
- Act as Welfare Officer
- Preparation and management of necessary staff documentation, including company vehicles
- Maintenance of human resource information
The successful candidate will have experience, demonstrate and/or possess:
- Friendly & confident telephone manner
- Experience of working in a general office environment for an SME
- Organised with a logical approach
- Able to work on own initiative
