Office Administrator Job in Verwood

Are you looking to be part of a small but friendly team? We are looking for a new Office Administrator to join a team of three in Verwood. Working together with the Sales Office Manager, this person will be processing customer orders, keeping track of stock, and administration for this professional company.

As Office Administrator, you will be speaking to business customers, working with products and enjoying the relaxed and positive culture of this business.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Processing and monitoring of customer orders
  • Invoicing and crediting customers
  • Answering calls, assisting customers and Area Sales Managers with queries and instructions
  • Stock transfers between customers and product sourcing
  • Running weekly and monthly customer, office and Sales rep based reports including using Excel
  • Monitoring and maintaining automatic system functions
  • Liaising with our courier where necessary
  • Some light admin tasks: franking and sending post, laminating, etc

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Strong administration skills or experience as an Office Administrator
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail

Salary and Benefits:

  • £23,000 basic salary per annum
  • £100 to spend on company products
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm , Fridays 8.30am - 5pm
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Free on site parking
